Renaming timelines

To rename the timeline currently displayed in the Timelines panel:

Choose Modify > Timeline > Rename Timeline, and in the Rename Timeline dialog box enter a new name.

If your document contains the Play Timeline behavior action (for example, if it contains a button that the user must click to start the timeline), you must edit the behavior to reflect the new timeline name.
