Launching Fireworks from within Dreamweaver

You can launch Fireworks directly from a Dreamweaver document by targeting a placed Fireworks image, table slice, or table for either editing or optimization. In order for these launch-and-edit features to work properly, you must designate Fireworks as the primary external image editor in Dreamweaver.
